Q:How to use it ?
you can start training your dog to respond to certain commands by using varying sequences such as one long burst can mean "come", while a series of short, staccato bursts might mean "sit". With a little patience and consistency,Keep your whistle commands consistent and your dog will always know what you expect of him.
Keep in mind, what we offer is not a miracle device but a legitimate training toolthat, It will only take a few times of doing this and your dog will react quickly.
Q:Will the whistle works on a neighbor's dog in the apartment besides us? he barks all the timewhen i am sleeping.
A: Yes it will. But what effect it would have will be dependent on the dog. Next Please be advised that if you keep blowing it it may become cruel to the animals in the area. Just wait till its barks then blow hard for three seconds. then wait again for the bark then blow again. Then eventually you would have trained your neighbors dog. to be silent. Lol :)
